Who delivers my product?
Our deliveries are carried out either by Comet's dedicated delivery teams, the manufacturer's approved delivery agent, or by our preferred courier for small parcels, Parcelforce.

How long will my delivery take?
Most of our products can be delivered in 3-5 days however, in order to offer you the best range, some are delivered direct from the supplier and may take longer. The delivery time for these products is clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

How much is the delivery charge?
We offer a range of delivery services designed to provide convenient timeslots for your product delivery whether it is delivered by Comet's own drivers or out preferred courier.

Unfortunately, we only deliver to addresses on the UK mainland

Can I have my purchase delivered to a different address?
We will deliver either to your home address or any specified address within the UK mainland. Remember though if you are delivering to someone else's address, make sure that they are available to accept delivery.

Can I have my product connected?
Yes, we offer a number of connection services detailed below. These connection services are carried out by Comet's fully trained drivers when they deliver the product to you. The cost of connection includes the relevant delivery charge. Some of these services are not available for products delivered direct from the supplier.

When you deliver, will you take away my old product?
If you have arranged connection of your product we offer the opportunity to have your old product removed. We regret to inform you that because of new European legislation, Comet, like other electrical retailers, will no longer be able to offer to remove old refrigeration appliances (fridges, fridge freezers and freezers) from customers' homes or to accept them direct at our stores.

What should I do with my old refrigeration appliances?
Local Authorities are obliged to offer to collect waste from households. Customers wishing to arrange for disposal of an old refrigeration appliance should contact the Waste Management Department of their Local Authority who will provide a collection service.
However for £15 Comet will arrange for your refrigeration product to removed and disposed of by our our specialist contractor. You will be able to select this service on the delivery details page.

If I order two or three products, will they all be delivered together?
We will try to ensure that your complete order arrives together. If this is not possible we will advise you accordingly. Some products (games, software etc.) will be delivered by courier separately, although you may not need to be at home for this type of delivery.

How will I know which delivery date I have been allocated?
You will either receive an email confirming your delivery date or you will be contacted by a customer services representative shortly after placing your order.

I won't be in when my delivery is due. Who should I call?
You should contact our customer services team who will re-arrange the delivery for a more convenient time.

My delivery is late. Who can I call to check on it?
You should contact our customer services team who will try to contact the delivery team direct to find out an estimated delivery time.

My property was damaged during your installation. What do I do?
If you contact our customer services team, they will be able to advise on the appropriate course of action.

Can I specify a delivery date?
You will be offered a choice of available dates when you reach the delivery section of the purchase process. We ask that you select the most suitable date. In the case of products delivered direct from the supplier you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date.
