How do I place an order?
Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase, just click on the "Buy Now" button and you will be taken through the purchase process automatically. There are five stages in buying a product, and there is an indicator at the top of the page that will give you an idea where you are in the purchase process. On your first purchase, you will be asked to input all of your name and address details, but in any future purchases, this will automatically be input for you.

How can I find a specific product?
To locate a specific type of product e.g. TV or video, enter a word or partial word in the search box at the top of the page. The text you enter IS NOT case sensitive, so don't worry about mixing lower and upper case letters.
If you already know the brand or product category you are interested in, select your option from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page after your initial search.
