Get expert help over the phone, or by webchat, from our UK-based call centre. We can even remotely control your mouse to fix problems. You can make a one-off payment that will give you 12 months cover. Or you can set up a direct debit for a monthly subscription. As part of this service we: help with PC and Mac software problems, help with internet connection and wireless network issues, if you've got broadband we can connect to your computer remotely to fix problems, advice on getting the best from your equipment, and finally help with all the computers in your home, and all the stuff that connects to them - including printers, sat nav, MP3 players, games consoles, digital cameras and camcorders. The Computer Helpline is available seven days a week, from 8.30am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm on Saturday, 10am to 5pm on Sunday (except Christmas day). Or by direct debit £4.99 a month. Minimum three months, subscribe online or by phone.
