The SoundLink® Wireless Mobile speaker is small enough to grab and go — wherever you go — so your music is always ready to liven up any event, planned or not. It works wirelessly with your iPhone, Android, Blackberry or other Bluetooth® device, like a tablet or laptop. There's nothing to hook up or dock. You can play music files or stream Spotify or other Internet stations. And the rechargeable battery keeps the music playing for hours. Small and portable, the speaker fits in your hand, bag or backpack. The built-in cover flips open to become a stand, shuts off the speaker when closed, and protects it while in transit. The SoundLink® speaker uses unique, innovative technologies to deliver detailed sound with substantial bass notes. Instead of heavy woofers or large ports, specialised passive radiators handle the low frequencies — the only way a speaker this small can produce such deep sound. Pairing the speaker with your Bluetooth® device is simple — and you only need to do it once. Just press and hold the Bluetooth® button on the top panel, then choose the SoundLink® speaker from your smartphone or other source. It's now memorised, ready to play in an instant. The speaker keeps up to six Bluetooth® sources in memory. Wireless range is about 10 metre in most situations. A rechargeable lithium-ion battery keeps the music going strong for up to eight hours, even while you text, e-mail or surf the web. If an outlet is handy, just use the included power adapter — it'll charge the battery while you listen. An empty battery usually charges in 2 to 3 hours. The SoundLink® speaker has its own power and volume controls. Your Bluetooth® device controls everything else — playlists, streaming music stations, etc. No remote control needed. The speaker comes in two models: standard trim with a dark grey nylon cover, and premium trim with a dark brown leather cover. Covers are available in additional colours (sold separately) to suit your style.
