In fact we check the prices of over 6,000 of our products against our competitors every week to make sure we always give you the best possible value.

We're so confident our prices are unbeatable that we've come up with the Comet Price Guarantee.

Here's how it works: if you've bought something from us and you find an identical product at a lower price within 10 miles of the store you bought it from, we'll refund the difference. Just let us know within 14 days. You can't lose.

Our Comet Price Guarantee applies to products you've bought over the phone or online as well as in store.

All we ask is that the item you compare against is boxed and sold as brand new, in stock and available for delivery and that we can verify the price either in writing (for example an advert) or verbally (for example by phoning them up).

There are a couple of exceptions. We won't try to match the price of internet or mail order companies with no stores. Nor do we match against warehouse or mail order clubs or voucher promotions, either online or in-store.
