Click and Collect

Order online, pay instore. Order a wide range of products online and collect them in your local store with our fast, free and convenient collect from store service.

Fast, free & convenient

With Click and Collect you can order an item online, and we'll have it ready for you to collect at a store of your choice 30 minutes later. Simply look for the 'Collect from Store' option in the basket page. When you enter your post code, you will be shown the three stores nearest to you, and if they have the item in stock. We'll reserve it for you until the end of the following day and you only pay when you come to collect it. When you do, we'll also answer any questions you may have to ensure that you get the most from your new purchase.
And you're assured of our lowest price.

Shopping online

Shopping online is a quick and easy way to buy from Comet. Our online store features all the products you can find in any Comet store, as well as a number of products exclusive to the web.

You can choose from a range of delivery options at a day and time to suit you. We also offer next day delivery and free delivery on a range of options. Simply look for these when selecting delivery in the checkout.

For payment, we accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as the Comet Edge card.

Purchasing over the phone

If you prefer to order over the phone, you can call our dedicated home shopping team on 0844 800 95 95, option 1.
You can even reserve products over the phone to pick up at your convenience from your nearest store.
The lines are open Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 8pm, Saturday: 8.30am to 6pm and Sunday: 10am to 5pm.

Shopping in store

Lots of people enjoy the hands on experience of shopping in store. Rest assured we have friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff who are on-hand to help if you need advice about a service or product.
