Terms and Conditions
Draw is open to UK resident Comet customers aged 18 and over (excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter and affiliated companies and third parties). Entry is made by providing your contact details and signing up to receive email from Comet and Disneyland Paris at www.comet.co.uk/cometmagic
The opening date for receipt of entries is 15/07/10 and the closing date for receipt of entries is midnight 15/08/10. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw. Proof of website entry is not deemed proof of receipt. The Promoter will not be responsible for any undelivered or delayed entries, electronic failure or lost or damaged entries and reserves the right to disqualify illegible or incomplete entries. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
The winner will be drawn at random by an independent third party by 18/8/10 and the winner advised by 20/8/10.
The prize consists of; 2 nights accommodation in a family room (2 adults and 2 children under 16) at Disney’s Sequoïa Lodge® hotel 17-19/9/10, access to the Princess Tiana Ball on 18th September 2010, an exclusive gala evening including dinner and magical experience, 4 3-Day tickets for the Disney Parks (Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park). A cheque for £400 towards transport costs will also be issued to the winner. The prize winner is responsible for organising their own transport to the resort once they have received confirmation of their hotel booking.
Travel Insurance is not included. Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. meals, drinks, hotel incidentals, telephone charges, room service etc) will be at the guests own expense. Winner is responsible for ensuring everyone has a valid passport and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with international travel and/or immigration regulations.
There is no cash or prize alternative and prize is non transferrable.
