We offer different delivery services, depending on what you order, to get your product to you without hassle as soon as possible. You can also reserve online and collect from store 30 minutes later.
You can check availability for delivery or store collection by using your postcode on any product page:
We will tell you when we can deliver & who it's delivered by, plus if it's available to collect immediately from store. If not you can pay online & collect in store within a few days.
installation & recycling
holiday installation services
We can install virtually everything we sell, from built in cooking & integrated appliances, to TV's & computers.
To check when we can install your new purchase just select the appropriate installation option in the delivery/collection section after you have clicked 'Buy Online'.
You can also choose to have your old product recycled at the same time.

To track the progress of your order & to save you having to make a phone call or visit a store, use Track order from any page on the site. Just enter your order details to find out the status of your delivery or collection.
