Delivery costs

Our delivery price changes depending on availability, many delivery options are free, to check the delivery costs for items, please use the postcode checker. This will show you which delivery times & dates are available and how much they will cost. This can be found on most individual product pages (except items that are delivered directly from the manufacturer or by royal mail, of course you can check stock availability).

If the product is being delivered by the manufacturer you will receive a phone call to confirm the delivery date & time, royal mail products will normally arrive within 3 - 5 days.

Large Items

Large products such as TVs over 27" and big kitchen appliances are delivered by our Comet delivery teams.

We deliver seven days a week in most areas and you can even choose an available delivery slot to fit around your day, please keep in mind that not all options are available in all areas, use the checker above to see what's available in your area:

Then we'll carry the item to any room you want, unpack it and take away all the packaging for recycling. Due to health and safety reasons, however, we are unable to deliver large items to a basement or cellar. You will receive a call to tell you your product is on its way.

Some items are delivered direct from the manufacturer, and they have their own delivery charges. This will be stated when purchasing the product. We'll get in touch you to arrange a delivery time.

We also offer installation and recycling for lots of products.

Small Items

This includes items such as TVs under 27", small kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners, laptops, games consoles, DVD and Blu-ray players, set top boxes, hi-fi and home cinema equipment and many other small items. Once again, please use the postcode checker to check the exact delivery costs, dates and times.

Deliveries are made six days a week by Parcel Force with a range of delivery options so you don’t have to wait in all day, you will receive a text to tell you when the product is on its way:

If you’re off the beaten track, Parcel Force might leave it to Royal Mail to deliver. This affects areas of Scotland and the Isle of Wight and there is a chance delivery could take an extra day or two.

Very small items – Free

Items such as games*, small cables and phone covers will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3 – 5 days as long as they're in stock.

*The free delivery service covers some of the products shown, others may be chargeable.
