When we deliver your new appliance, we’ll take the old one away and dispose of it responsibly for you. Just choose this option in the checkout. It costs £9.99.
We’re also a member of the Government’s WEEE DTB Scheme (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Distributor Take Back). You can see our WEEE compliance certificate here.
You don’t even have to buy from us - we’ll take any old appliance away for £20.37. Just call us on 08712 007 062 to arrange a collection.
Please note that your old appliance must be disconnected, defrosted and emptied before we can take it away. And if you want us to take away a gas appliance (but you're not having a new one installed) you will need to have it disconnected by a GasSafe registered engineer first.
