If you’ve got a problem with your electrical product then we can help. With over 500 highly trained engineers and a nationwide network of repair centres we’ll get you up and running again in no time.
All Comet's electrical products come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer's guarantee, so if your product breaks down or goes wrong in that time we'll repair it for free. If we can't repair it for any reason we'll give you alternative product instead.
For laundry products like washing machines and tumble driers, as well as fridges, cookers and TVs with a screen size bigger than 21 inches, call our UK Customer Support Centre on 08712 009 009. We'll try to help you fix the problem over the phone - it's surprising how often this works. If we can't fix it that way then we'll arrange for one of our engineers to pop round.
If it's anything else, just take it into your local Comet store. The Comet Customer Help Desk team will test it and either send it away for repair or exchange it (subject to the guarantee).
If your product's 12 month manufacturer's guarantee has run out but you've got Comet's Total Product Cover, Instant Replacement Cover or ExtraCare Service Plan, you can still get it fixed. It'll tell how to do that in the documents you received when you took out the extended plans.
