With over 50 expertly trained and highly experienced computer technicians and a dedicated central repair workshop, we'll get your computer up and running again in no time.

£79.95 computer repair service covers:

Service includes:
  • A single iPad, laptop or desktop computer system
  • Collection and delivery by a courier from any UK mainland address
  • Evaluation & diagnosis of your faulty system by one of our expert computer technicians
  • All labour charges associated with the repair of your system

How to book an engineer

Call us on 0844 879 7577 to book your repair and arrange collection of your system.

Our UK based call centre is open seven days a week, 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday. Please make sure you have the model number of your computer to hand before you call. When you book an appointment, we'll ask you for your payment card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

FAQs

When can you collect my computer?
We can arrange for a courier to collect your computer from Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm. If you call us before 5.30pm we can usually arrange collection the very next working day. If we have a mobile number from you, then our courier will text you with a one hour window for the collection.

Can you collect from my place of work?
Yes, we can collect your computer from any address in the UK mainland and when it's fixed we can return it to the address of your choice, even if it's different from the collection address.

What happens to my computer once it has been collected?
The courier will drop it off at our central repair workshop where it will be booked in for an inspection within 24 hours. One of our expert technicians will then evaluate your system and diagnose the fault. If you do not require any spare parts we'll fix your system and return it to you via our courier.

What happens if I need spare parts?
Our service does not include the cost of spare parts. If spare parts are required we'll give you a call before we start work and advise you of the cost. If you decide to proceed with the repair we can take payment for the parts over the phone by credit or debit card.

What if I decide not to proceed with the repair?
If you decide not to proceed with the repair we will return your system by courier and refund the repair fee paid less a courier & inspection charge of £40.
