Small products and appliances repairs
Got a problem with one of your smaller electrical products or appliances?
Just pop in to your local Comet store with any of the products or appliances listed below.
The Customer Help Desk team will test your appliance and send it away for repair if they think it's necessary. Repair charges will depend on the type of product and do not include the cost of spare parts. Once your product has been inspected by an engineer at one of our Service Centres we'll give you a call and let you know the cost of any spare parts that might be needed. All the prices below include VAT and the repair work is guaranteed for three months for the same fault.
If you want go ahead with the repair we can take payment over the phone. Once your item is fixed, we'll return it to your local Comet store so you can pick it up. If you decide not to go ahead, we can dispose of the product in an environmentally friendly way or we can return it to your local store for collection.
