We have over 600 highly trained engineers who can carry out washing machine repairs on most brands, five days per week. How to get help
Call us on 0844 879 7577 to book an appointment with a local engineer.
Our UK call centre is open seven days a week, 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday. Please take a note of the model number of your washing machine, washer-dryer or tumble dryer before you call. When we book an appointment we’ll ask for your payment card details. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

When can I book an engineer for?
Our engineers work Monday through to Friday. You can choose a morning or afternoon appointment on any of those days.
