Get expert help over the phone, or by webchat, from our UK-based call centre. We can even remotely control your mouse to fix problems. You can make a one-off payment that will give you three months’ cover. Or you can set up a direct debit for a monthly subscription.

What you get:

• If you've got broadband we can connect to your computer remotely to fix problems

• Help with all the computers in your home, and all the stuff that connects to them - including printers, sat nav, MP3 players, games consoles, digital cameras and camcorders
• A local rate number to call and you can call as often as you like (subject to our fair use policy

The Computer Helpline is available seven days a week, from 8.30am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm on Saturday, 10am to 5pm on Sunday (except Christmas day).
