Credit

You can apply for credit at a local store – unfortunately we are not able to offer credit applications online at the moment.

Details of credit products that are available can be obtained at your local store or if you already have an existing credit account you can find out details about it by contacting our Customer Service Team on 0871 522 5999. Calls may be monitored and recorded for training and security purposes. Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras.

To apply for credit you must:

• Be aged 18 years and over, a UK resident and have lived here for the last 12 months (unless HM Armed Forces).
• Have a current UK bank account and a UK telephone number.
• Be in permanent employment for at least 16 hours a week , self employed, retired or in receipt of incapacity allowance
• Have not had a County Court Judgement in the last 6 years nor been declared bankrupt
• Have a good credit history and must not be currently in arrears on your credit payments

You must also provide two of the following as proof of identification: Debit card, credit card, current payslip, driving licence, pension book, utility bills or passport.
