ExtraCare Service Plan

We want you to get the very best from your product, from setting up correctly, to repairing it if it ever stops working. That's why we have introduced the Comet ExtraCare Service Plan. If something should go wrong, we'll get you up and running in no time. In fact, you are guaranteed a fast, no-hassle repair service from Comet's nationwide team of specialist engineers.

    Our ExtraCare service plan includes:
  • Ongoing support and maintenance - we are here to help:
    • Set-up the product correctly
    • Diagnose and remedy a problem you may have with your product
    • Arrange for an engineer to repair your product
  • Annual Health Check - Call us and we can check that your product is operating as it should. If necessary, we'll send an engineer to fix it.
  • Product breakdown - The ExtraCare Service Plan provides repair for any breakdown, failure or mishaps from the date of purchase.
  • New for Old replacement - If the product cannot be repaired and is deemed beyond economic repair, then it will be replaced with an equivalent product.
  • Quick call outs and fast repairs - One of our 500 specialist engineers will visit you quickly - normally within 2 working days
  • Unlimited Repairs - No matter how many times your product develops a mechanical or electrical fault during the term of the plan, we will repair it.
  • Nothing more to pay and no call out charges - We'll cover you for the cost of all repairs, including parts, labour, callout and VAT.
  • Worldwide support - If the product breaks down whilst the you are abroad, we will agree the work with a local repair agent

We recommend getting an ExtraCare Service Plan as soon as you buy, but you can also purchase it for up to 30 days afterwards by calling 08712 007 062. Our UK based call centre is open 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
