Cancelling Your Order

Changing your mind

For online or telephone orders you can cancel up to seven days after delivery.

For click and collect, call & collect and store purchases that are brand new and still sealed in the box - bring it back with your receipt within 7 days of purchase and we’ll credit you with a gift card or offer you a full refund.

Sorry, we can’t accept back any products that have been opened, or returned with missing parts: remote controls, instructions etc

If it's something big like a dishwasher or a fridge, check out Comet’s returns policy on the FAQ page for options on how to get your product collected – but there will be a charge for this.
