12 months computer helpline support

Get expert help over the phone, or by webchat, from our UK-based call centre. We can even remotely control your mouse to fix problems. You can make a one-off payment that will give you 12 months cover. Or you can set up a direct debit for a monthly subscription.

As part of this service we:

  • Help with PC and Mac software problems
  • Help with internet connection and wireless network issues
  • If you've got broadband we can connect to your computer remotely to fix problems
  • Advice on getting the best from your equipment
  • Help with all the computers in your home, and all the stuff that connects to them - including printers, sat nav, MP3 players, games consoles, digital cameras and camcorders

The Computer Helpline is available seven days a week, from 8.30am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm on Saturday, 10am to 5pm on Sunday (except Christmas day).
Or by direct debit £4.99 a month. Minimum three months, subscribe online or by phone.

As part of this service we:

  • We can help with PCs and Macs
  • Unpack and set up your new computer in your home
  • Transfer up to 5GB of information from your old computer
  • Connect up to 3 other devices (like a printer, camera or sat nav)
  • Set up password secured user accounts and parental controls

If you want us to hook up things like printers, please make sure you have the driver software that came with them. We can't transfer applications, software or movies. We install one computer per visit.

As part of this service we:

  • Set up your wireless network for you
  • Connect up to three computers or devices to the network
  • Secure your new network so only you can use it
  • Sort out any file or printer sharing you need

You'll need to provide your own wireless router. Please make sure all the computers you want connected to your wireless network are unboxed and fully working before our technician arrives.
